General Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to tk11 app. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the tk11 app platform. By using our website, mobile application, or any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services. These Terms apply to users residing in Bangladesh and may be updated from time to time. In the event of changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on tk11 app, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Each user may only create one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination. You are solely responsible for the security of your account password and login credentials. If you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach, please notify our support team immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on tk11 app are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Details regarding deposit and withdrawal limits and methods can be found on the Deposit page. We reserve the right to suspend transactions in cases of any suspicious financial activity. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before processing withdrawals. All transactions are securely processed through third-party payment gateways. Any charges imposed by banks or payment providers are the responsibility of the user and are not covered by tk11 app.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform: any form of fraud, hacking, bot usage, or system manipulation. Unauthorized access to other users' accounts or attempts to steal their information are entirely illegal. Using the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes is prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement authorities. Creating or operating accounts using false or stolen identities is a punishable offense. Any such violation, once detected, will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account, and legal action will be taken where applicable.

Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

All content on the tk11 app platform — including logos, graphics, software, text, designs, and other elements — is protected by our intellectual property rights. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this content without our written permission is strictly prohibited. Content from third-party game providers is governed by their respective licenses. Unauthorized use of our trademarks or brand identity may result in legal action. By uploading any content to the platform, users confirm that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

Limitation of Liability

Tk11 app services are provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any losses arising from technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues. The platform accepts no responsibility for financial losses resulting from gaming activity — gaming is conducted based on personal decisions. We are not liable for any damages incurred through third-party links or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount of the transaction in question under any circumstances.

Account Closure & Terms Changes

Tk11 app reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without cause. Users may also request to close their own account at any time. We may modify or update these terms at any time, and we will endeavor to notify users in advance of any changes. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
